I'm really disappointed to say the least. This place had good reviews so we tried it only to like 1 of the 3 plates we ordered. The food is cold, they put them under warmers that don't even warm it. The portions of the pulled pork nachos were decent but the jerk chicken didn't have much chicken to even see. The Cajun tacos had no shrimp to be found despite what the menu says, which was sad but at least this one had a little flavor. The girl that took our order was not rude but she wasn't friendly either. In any case, we won't be returning unfortunately. :( read more

Not bad, but not good. I was pretty excited by the premise, but the recipes definitely need some tweaking. The sauce for the banh mi was way to sweet, and the tortilla chips didn't taste like they were fresh made (which for a nacho place, kinda important). So far I've had the Hawaiian BBQ which is my favorite so far I've also had the crab Rangoon nachos which are super yummy. They're on these wonton chips that are really unique. My only complaint is that the serving size for the "solo" is too big for most people and since nachos don't really reheat very well, a lot of food was wasted. I was there with a few people. They have good selection of items. You do not get much for the price. When you order nachos at most restaurants you get a big plate of them. Rolling with 4 stars on this, number 1 reason just for the creativity of the concept and the nacho variations. I didn't go much out on the limb, went with the Toasted Rav, Philly and Ole Standby. First bite of the T-Rav, I was instantly pleasantly surprised. Really nice flavor in the sauce, not too acidic or sweet and the pasta chips were light and crispy, but thick enough to hold up against the toppings. Ole Standby, the traditional nachos, were as expected. Ample toppings and pretty good flavor. The meat could use a tad more seasoning, but overall a pretty good bite. The Philly nachos were very tasty, the cheese seemed to have more flavor than the Ole Faithful. Food came out really fast and the size of the nacho platter was fair for the price. We were seated inside Narwhal next door and ordered from our seat via the web. Super convenient! What's very cool is that you can also sit and eat in Loaded and order Narwhals from that seat as well. read more

I enjoyed our first visit to Loaded. My wife and I ordered a side by side TRav nachos and Jamaican Jerk Nachos. We asked if the JJN were spicy hot because my wife doesn't like spicy food at all. We were told it was just a little hot, mostly sweet, so we ordered that. I tried the first bite and told her she wasn't going to like it because it was pretty spicy. The chicken had spice and the pineapple salsa had jalapeños in there. She tried it and agreed it was very spicy to her. So I went up and asked if I could get something different for her. I was planning to pay for it, but they gave it to us on the house which was very nice. We got the Ol' Standby without jalapeños. However it has chorizo and chipotle cheese. So again, somewhat spicy. I like spice, but for someone that doesn't like spicy food, this may not be a place for you. I noticed most of the nacho choices on the menu have something spicy in there. Maybe they could take the jalapeños out of the salsa/pico and have it as a topping instead. Also, maybe have a cheese option without poblano or jalapeños in there. Hopefully management will take this comment under consideration and offer some additional no spice menu options. I did like everything I tasted and there are other menu items I would try on another visit. read more

First time at Loaded Nachos. Had very good meal and excellent service! I had the split nachos, for those first timers, I had to ask what is the difference between the apps and regular serving. The apps are slightly smaller and when you order a split you get two apps, which I'm told are about a third larger than a regular serving-more than enough food. I had the Buffalo Chicken nachos and the Gryo nachos. Both were excellent but I liked the Buffalo Chicken better. The server asked what toppings I wanted on each and was able to tailor the nachos to the spice level that I wanted. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a very good dining experience! SO GOOD! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! For vegetarians there are three options - 2 to substitution mushrooms or beyond meat for any protein. Or, if you don't like either to leave off the protein. It was so great to have these options to try so many different flavors! Wow! What a surprise. When I think of nachos, what I typically expect is a plate full of tortilla chips with a layer of cheese and maybe some other toppings. You finish the toppings, and then there's a whole pile of tortilla chips that have nothing to go with. Not sure what this place. They put down a nice bed of tortilla chips or potato chips or whatever goes with your particular type of order. But then there is a really flavorful combination of toppings, heavy enough so that all the chips have something on them. Whoever put together the recipe and all the combos for the specialty orders really did their homework. We got the Philly and the Hawaiian barbecue side-by-side. The Bāhn mi nachos were scrumptious minced pork, crunchy pickled carrots served on won ton chips. I visited twice while friends were at the casino. The nachos were all reasonably priced for the portion size, even the ones with premium ingredients. The Banh Mi nachos were so good the first time I got them again on the second trip. Even though the staff were all young, they assembled each chip to have the same amount of toppings so you don't have any plain chips.
