I have seen Lo Ann since I was in high school and she was working at Da Vi Nails in the mall. I hadn't seen her in almost a decade and she recognized my sister and I when we walked in immediately. That is genuine customer care! My manicure and pedicure were perfect, regular nail polish has never lasted this long on my nails. My sisters full set were the perfect shape and thickness. Great prices and staff, not to mention VERY CLEAN! I highly recommend this salon! read more

The staff is friendly and funny but I went to the salon at 4pm and it is not 9pm on the same day and I've already had my gel nail polish on my toe fall off. I went in for a mani/pedi both with gel and my nails are short and I'm a nail biter so they're naturally messed up but the gel polish is just thrown on and it's uneven and looks horrible. The experience felt rushed, as she had what seemed to be her regulars who were more important than I was when she was working on my nails at the time. Honestly not worth $70. read more

I've had my fills there a few times. The staff isn't friendly and generally do an average job. The owner has her "favorite" clients to whom she gives bottles of water, etc., but if you're not a favorite she ignores you. read more

So after having my nails done I like them but two days after some of my nails started to come up. I called them and they told me to come in and have them fixed. I made a reservation for 5pm, but once I arrived I waited another 50 minutes and even then LoAnn did not bother to apologize or come up and talk to me or anything. She ignored me very apparently and only greeted her regular customers. Also after patiently waiting, I told LoAnn that I had an appointment and had to leave she just said "ok bye". However, the biggest reason why I left is due to the uncleanliness. It was very unsanitary especially during this pandemic. Saw the owner touch people's feet, cash, credit cards and go back to her clients manicure/pedicure. Didn't wear gloves or wash her hands after different interactions. And, she kept taking off her mask to talk to people. She was not properly wearing the mask. Let me just say, I'm so glad I didn't get my nails done there and so glad I had hand sanitizer in my bag! read more

Love Love Love LoAnn's! This is my go-to pedicure spot! LoAnn is super friendly. She always greets you, sits you down quickly, provides water and offers a wine sample! The salon is the cleanest I've ever been in. The pedicure options are clearly written out on a pedi menu so you know exactly what you're gonna get and exactly what you're going to pay. Most salons in this area do not do this and this makes it super clear. Also, just a tip, Get the Paraffin wax add on, totally worth it! read more

I went to visit family and gave my mom and niece a gift certificate to this place, I liked that I was able to give them a dollar amount gift certificate to be applied to whatever they would like done, most places would have you choose what kind of gift certificate to be given. LoAnn is super sweet, and keeps her place super fresh! The shop is modern and has the nicest tubs in the Valley. If you're a germaphobe, this is the place for you. LoAnn is very friendly and had an appointment very quickly when I called. Her space is tastefully decorated, clean, and I loved that she provided a water bottle for me each time I went in. However, I was disappointed by the quality of my gel manicure. It was done somewhat sloppily, with a lot of mistakes around the top/cuticle area of my nail. It looked similar to when I do my nails myself, at home. It's been 8 days since my shellac manicure, and almost every nail is starting to lift/peel. It's barely lasted longer than a regular manicure. I'm torn - I love the service and the salon, but it's important to me that I get good quality when I'm paying and I just don't think I got that this time from LoAnn. read more
