I am currently loving the rewards program Zehrs/Loblaws! So for every $20 I spend, I get a stamp - collect 20 stamps and I can redeem them for 75% off amazing Swiss design cookware. The deadline to redeem is February 20th, 2025, so I am making sure to shop regularly to earn those stamps. Only downside: not all cookware options are available at this location. But what really keeps me coming back to this place shopping experience. They have fresh produce, warm ready to go cooked meals, great ready made fruit and salad selections. And guess what?!....Charcuterie board with cheese, deli meats, nuts, crackers, et,..and if you want wine with it, they have a wine store within. What a great way to set yourself up for a lovely indoor relaxation after grocery shopping. And then when it comes to parking, the parking lot is always well-maintained (especially during snowy days) and it is spacious, making it easy to always find a spot. Also, I personally find the cashiers are consistently friendly and efficient, making checkout a breeze. Of course, let us not forget the prices! Yes, Loblaws/Zehrs can be pricey but I consistently find great value on the items I need, from fresh produce to household essentials. So it is worth it in my opinion. All in all, I am so happy with this Zehrs/Loblaws. The rewards program, convenient parking, friendly service, and good quality food and produce makes me want to go back. read more

to expensive I used to love this grocery store. It's very clean and beautiful and always has nice produce. But the last few times I've been here I get repeatedly harassed by optimum employees trying to sign you up to their program. One guy followed me in the milk isle telling me about optimum and kept asking me to get a credit card and when I said no 6 TIMES he started asking me to get a credit card. I told him I already have an optimum card, thank you and he proceeded to go on and on about getting a debit card. He heckled me for about 5 min until I had to tell him he was getting on my nerves and not respecting my space. I was there shopping with my 1 year old son who was already starting to get antsy so the last thing I wanted this guy taking up my time. I have seen them follow around elderly customers too who most likely have dementia and I find it extremely invasive and unethical to have people following you around and harassing you while you're shopping. People are struggling enough with money right now and your grocery store is overpriced, the least you can do is get these annoying people off the floor and let your customers shop in peace. Not only that, yesterday they had a booth set up at the front door harassing people to give them money the second they walk into the door. Not cool at all. Do better read more

The rotation is awful and I keep getting home with expired products because I didn't double check that what they sell is not out of date! So frustrating. The staff never offers to pack my groceries which is supposed to be one of the pros of overpaying for groceries at Loblaws!!! I go there with a toddler and expect help to pack my bags! Otherwise Why bother going there where everything is more expensive and outdated on the shelves! This grocery store shouldn't be a Loblaws store. read more

I love new grocery stores... especially big, shiny, well lit (I don't mean airport landing strip bright, but aesthetically pleasing and still functional) with big, bold signage and of course, well-stocked with oodles of fabulous foodstuffs. This Loblaws was all of that and more. It even had a cooking school (with an elevator to get to the upper level) and a floor-to-ceiling cheese wall! Some of the other amenities: pharmacy, coffee bar, sushi bar, floral, optical, PC Financial, Joe Fresh clothing, housewares, photo studio, Mobile Shop and free WiFi (though I didn't try it). Apparently there's a car wash, but not sure where that was hiding. So much I didn't get to explore because my sister-in-law and I were on a time constraint. It was Boxing Day (aka December 26th for the non-Canucks) and we had a brunch to prepare for. She hit the deli, fresh baked breads and splurged on some decadent desserts from the Patisserie, while I got some of the supplies I like to take back to NH with us. Loblaws is the grand matriarch of several other chains in Ontario/Canada (Loblaws, Fortino's, Zehr's, Great Canadian SuperStore, No Frills, and a few others). They all carry President's Choice (PC) products - a private line of basic and gourmet products. They were out of the Dimpflmeier dark pumpernickel bread my husband wanted. Shouldn't be surprised on the day after Christmas. But I got some yummy peameal bacon (brined pork loin, rolled in corn meal) - they even had an uncured version! Waited 1.5 hours to check out due to lack of management. When I complained I was told I was rude and could leave. After waiting in line for such a long time I purchased my items. I've been there before when it was busy. They had someone directing traffic to each checkout line and it went pretty fast today however they had no one doing this and when I started complaining all of a sudden every manager in the store shows up and I've been told I'm rude and I have to leave. The food is over priced and The customer service is something to be desired.
