I would give this place zero stars if I could. Very unprofessional rude and disrespectful. I had appointment with Ty and in the middle of doing my hair she took a walk in cause she overbooked and left me to some some girl who didn't know what she was doing I wanted 3 strand ropes twists and the girl just cluttered 4 together and folded my tips at the end of my hair. When it was done it barely looked like my hair was done and I looked like I had kinky twists or something but not locs my hair never looked so horrible but that's what I get for trusting. This bs they did to my hair didn't even last a week or 3 days for that matter cause I was so unhappy and upset about my hair I took it out. I wanted to look nice for my vacation but they ruined that. I wanted to argue right there at the store but couldn't cause i had to pick my child up from school. I'll never go back to her or that place I'll never recommend it. I try to support black owned businesses but she definitely shouldn't have her own if your just going to take care of people you know and treat the other people like they don't matter. read more
