It's a lovely small town that happens to be one of Montana's largest because of the way Montana is. It's incredibly lovely up here. You can't expect the kind of terrain that you'll get out in the west part of the state. It's starting to flatten out by the time you get to the Boze and become the plains at this point, but it's still very beautiful, open, unspoiled. It's basically the miniature Denver (or Cheyenne) of Montana, in that it's situated on the flatlands, but under the shadow of the looming Rocky Mountains to the West.
