I just had to use the bathroom. I wasn't trying to rob the place but they acted as if I was going to. The owner doesn't care. He says he's gonna fix a problem and instead he banned me from the store. Would not recommend coming here, you overpay and then if you use your debit card, you have to pay like $3.50 on top of whatever your bank pays. They round it to the next $5.00 increment !! It's highway robbery a $10 item turns into a $17-$20 item. I don't know how they're still in business. Don't go there if you don't have to. The only reason they got a one star rating is cause I have to give them at least one start to submit my review. They don't deserve any stars.

They explain to you what each exercise is and how it works in your recovery while being supportive and attentive to your concerns. Physical therapy can be scary and painful but they somehow manage to make it easier and a little fun at the same time. The new lady at the desk said office was crowed could we step out, I told her I gladly would. Upon going again when notified via text I noticed the mom coming through the clinic without a mask and I mentioned this to the new desk lady, she covered for her and said it was due to "extenuating circumstances". That mom overheard this turned around and said"I DONT BELIEVE IN MASKS !" Wow ...desk lady is not doing her job. Please offer masks when arriving and enforce MASK ORDER as all others do. Better yet send her out and her 6 kids until mask is worn to protect other patients. I did notify Dr.Bozalis when we were seen in the clinic as well.
