Unfortunately, things went downhill when they returned after the driveway installation. I wasn't home when the driveway crew put sod down, but Shayne immediately came in frustrated and upset about it, even though I had no knowledge of the situation and assumed it was all part of the irrigation process. The overall experience became uncomfortable. It felt like the work was dragged out unnecessarily, and they replaced sprinkler heads in the backyard that were already functioning properly. I was then charged a much higher amount than what had originally been discussed. When we got to the backyard, I was told there were broken pipes under the pool deck, but no estimate or clear pricing could be provided. The conversation escalated into an argument, and I ultimately asked them to leave the property because I no longer felt comfortable. He even made comments about the cameras on my property, which added to the tension. In the end, we disputed the invoice because additional charges including trencher equipment that I believed should have been included as part of the project were added without being clearly discussed upfront. After pushing back, we eventually settled somewhere in the middle. I always try to support local businesses, but communication, transparency, and professionalism matter. Unfortunately, this experience left me disappointed.
