I moved through the museum and Casa di Giulietta to the top floor. The view from the balcony where Romeo met his beloved Giulietta was special. Tip: the line is crazy long outside. Buy your ticket online and show the staff at the front of the house your ticket time. You will enter at the time of your ticket. It's worth the visit. Enjoy!

As I understand this place was once a convent and it is still very much intact as one. I was visiting during the summer when you'd imagine that they were busy and full but it was reasonably sparse. I had a whole room full of at least three bunk beds to myself for one night. They do have free wifi but it is only functional in the lounge area. It is amazing to explore and the front desk staff was so nice! I was finishing up my backpacking trip across Italy so I really enjoyed that I was able to rest and refuel during my time there. Additionally if you are early to your check in you can always wait in the lounge area. Loved it here and I highly recommend!

The rooms are cozy -- very nicely made beds, comfy sheets and comforter. The shower has excellent water pressure. The kitchen in the basement is huge and has a wonderful community feeling. One group was having a big group meal in the center, with multiple individuals cooking pasta and relaxing in the sides of the kitchen. My one reservation is that the hostel is slightly far off the main road (maybe 1/8 of a mile) and it takes about 20 minutes walking to get to the big grocery store, although there are other small food places around (we passed at least one cafe less than 5 minutes away). I would highly recommend this hostel. Just know that you will be doing a bit of walking!
