I attempted to enter the code for my reservation but the company failed to send me the code to open the locker. I contacted them but no response. There is a luggage store in Atocha that will accept bags for storage. The station itself no longer provides this service. Don't waste your money here. It is not secure.

Their terms state that if a person goes beyond the date and time of expiration, a penalty will be charged. No amount for such penalty is provided. I went ahead and changed travel plans just so that I could make the deadline for retrieval of my luggage before a penalty could occur. Their omission of penalty amounts and their non response to an email THEY REQUESTED is an unfair practice. It appeared to me that they WANTED a person to err in not retrieving luggage as posted on the expiration. Who knows how much they would have required had I gone over the date and time for retrieval of luggage. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SLIMY BUSINESS.

We booked directly with the hotel and they were super responsive via Whatsapp. I had asked about possibly having a package delivered there prior to arrival and when we checked in, they immediately asked about it and let us know they didn't receive anything. When I messaged to save a time for breakfast for 5 (we had 6 rooms), they immediately asked if the 6th person wasn't coming. The staff were super nice at the front and even reminded us it may rain so we could bring an umbrella. One morning we left early so we reserved a boxed breakfast and it was very nice. We booked the least expensive room and it was super tiny. The sink was outside the bathroom and there was just space for one large suitcase. It was a single bed. Although the room was small, it was set up really nicely with the bed in a nook and a small table with a charger right next to the bed. The room and bathroom were clean and the heater/ac worked well. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was also quite good, but it is small so you have to reserve a time slot in advance. The hotel is right by the train station, which we didn't use. There's a taxi stand about 2 blocks away so that was convenient.
