They often highlight local businesses, post their hours&locations- even reviews and recipes. They discuss local issues from the wildfires, to legal cannabis, homelessness, you name it. It's much thicker&less pretentious than the North Bay Bohemian. There are editorials based on specific communities, highlighting their concerns- Penngrove, Cotati, Sebastopol, Geyserville, Graton, Camp Meeker, Cazadero, Jenner- you name it. You get a sense of Sonoma County's diversity. The Sonoma County focuses primarily on "West County" (essentially, communities west of 101, tho they have Cotati&Penngrove) It's thick, colorful, with personable editorials, comprehensive calendars of local events. The only downside is that it's monthly rather than weekly. A great way to catch up on local events, activities, dining and shopping.

All qualities I was in need of. She rushed my order, did an amazing job blowing up a smaller pixel photo to a large format using computer techniques. A real pro, she was able to tell me what sizes would work according to what we have and what photoshopping can do. We decided on something , I ran to get a frame, and she put the whole thing together, charging hardly anything for all the things-- rush job, putting the finished product into the matting and frame, etc. I also met her partner (I assume), another woman, and Jennifer told me, "We are a small business, it's just she and me." This was…read moreon a Thursday and Dick told me 4-5 days, "great" I said as I needed it the end of the following week by Friday at the latest and emailed him the file, Dick emailed back one question and that was that, this was Friday. Seeing that I hadn't heard from Dick by the following Tuesday afternoon I emailed him and asked about my sign, wondering how it was going and if he had another question. Are you ready for this? Dick emailed me back and said, "my designer has been out sick for 3 weeks so I suggest you try another printer". WHAT? Why didn't Dick tell me this when I first contacted him? I told him my time frame and if he couldn't get it done by then he should have told me up front. Luckily I found FedEx on 4th. Street and Greg. They did a great job, got it in time for my event and for less than $45.00. Dick wanted $75-$125, conclusion, Dick's a dick and Econoline Signs of Santa Rosa sucks.
