She was kind and helpful and nice to our kids. This year she was completely unhinged. She was rude to both of us and even scolded our 18 month old. She said STOP "TOUCHING MY DESK! Now I have to disinfect everything including the hallway!" there were no special instructions about COVID or bringing kids or hand sanitizer or whatever. I took my kid to the truck and waited there and my wife finished everything up without me. She said Rebecca was so rude, didn't offer any commentary or advice or customer service at all. Even going so far as to scold her husband for bringing her the wrong folder and touching the door without washing his hands first. My wife left in tears. She was sobbing in the parking lot. I was charged $750.00 for two years worth, even tho the second year was the same as the first with a minor change in one line for the cost of living increase.
