Most massages that I get are from people who just work the muscles, but the massages here are done with a purpose. Everything that he does has a purpose for either your bones or muscles, bot JUST the muscles, which I like. When I'm in the need for a massage, I will definitely be coming back here.

Rob is very friendly and I was able to get an appointment within a week of calling - I was very impressed with this being that other places were booked for at least a month out. The massage itself was a little different - a ton of time spent on the neck area. Rob used a lot of pressure points throughout the massage as well. I changed up my workout routine and walked in pretty sore, so I'm hoping that this style of massage can release some of that tightness. If you're looking for a more relaxing Swedish style massage, this might not be for you. Overall for the price it was extremely worth it
