I hired Eric to help me with the renovation of my master bathroom and I was very pleased with the outcome. Eric communicates well, shows up when he says he's going to show up, and was generally a pleasure to deal with. He also does great work - in fact, I was so happy with the outcome of this project that I immediately asked Eric to put me back in his queue (since he's booked out several months in advance). Can I give Eric 6 stars? I worked for 2 months to find the right contractor for a bathroom remodel. I'm so glad I found Eric Lofstrom. His bid was competitive and he spent time with me during the estimate to discuss how he does things. The other contractors sent intermediaries who just took measurements. Eric estimated the job would take 5 days and we scheduled it for the next month. He showed up on time, kept a very clean job site and, most importantly, did great quality work. He even stayed late on 2 evenings to stay on track. We asked for a complicated tile pattern with different sizes and styles. He executed it flawlessly. This is the professional you should choose for your tile job. He converted our old tub shower fiberglass combo into a beautiful walk in shower. From tear down to tile work and adding doors it was a 5 day project. He always told us when he would arrive and he adjusted for our schedule. The work was detailed and precise. He is trustworthy and the total was what he had estimated. We purchased the tile and door but he could have done that also if we wanted.
