We have delt with on numerous occasions the maintenance coming into supposedly fix something and finding out the job was either done halfassed or not at all. The window in my bedroom is broken resulting in cold air to blow in my room in the winter and fall seasons, our kitchen overhead light has been out for almost 2 years, our dishwasher wasn't even working when we moved in, our freezer is broken which means it's not freezing at the current temperature. They culled our patio door closed and we had to pry it open with a knife, and on top of it all our neighbors who just moved in have damaged our personal property as well as make the landing outside of our door filthy AND there is dog puke on one of our steps leading up to our apartment. Last of all they have raised our rent so much that my single mother who works one job is now paying almost 1,000 dollars a month. Needless to say if you're looking for a nice apartment to rent BradfordRun is NOT the right place.

After moving out, management charged her $150 for carpet cleaning even though the carpet was not soiled. We took videos at move-out that clearly show the carpets were clean and in good condition. We have called several times and sent multiple emails disputing the charge, but management has completely ignored us. This is especially frustrating because while my mother lived there, the office staff would respond quickly to any questions or concerns. Once you move out, however, it seems they are no longer interested in responding. It is also disappointing because it feels like they are taking advantage of an older woman living on a limited income by imposing a charge that does not appear justified. Based on our experience, I would be cautious about moving here if you want to avoid being nickel-and-dimed with questionable move-out charges. The communication and responsiveness after move-out have been very disappointing.

The good: Sonya is great, and so helpful…read moreThe maintenance guys get the right on the job you need done (even if it's not fixed correctly they still try to get it done quickly) The bad: We signed a 6 month lease with no intention of renewing, but failed to give a 60 day notice (we did give a 30 day notice) so we lost our entire deposit. Every month our water bill was as ~$100 with 2 people living there that are only home to shower in the evenings and wash clothes once a week. They said it was our toilets running constantly in the beginning, and had maintenance fix them multiple times, but continued to have an unreasonably high water bill. We were comped $20 one month, likely because I was so ill and complained that it doesn't add up for a water bill to be that high when no one is home all day. Our apartment smelled like an ashtray, which in turn made us and all of our belongings smell like an ashtray. None of us smoke, this was supposedly from the previous tenant. I ended up moving out and going home (out of state) with our baby and dog because it no longer felt safe there breathing that day in and out. We didn't see this exact apartment before moving in, just one with the same floor plan. We were told we could move apartments, but would have to wait until one came available, whenever that was or that we could be let out of the lease but would still be responsible for rent. (lol) They claimed they put in new carpet before we moved in, but that's a clear lie. My (new) socks were black from just walking on the carpet for a couple hours. I ended up having the carpet cleaned, and the water was like something out of a swamp. Tell me how new carpet would be that dirty? They went up $100 on rent in the 6 months we were there. Along with the other issues we had it's just not a place I'd recommend to anyone. There's a lot of other complexes in town that are nicer and more fairly priced.

I called constantly to have pest control as well throughout my time living there..which was never remedied either. I moved out and accidentally left a few water bottles in the fridge & a sponge from cleaning it out. I paid a $600 deposit which they took out $255 from which is ridiculous! I will go on to say that while I was living there I had to constantly complain about the excessive noise coming from my upstairs neighbors who eventually got asked to leave like a month & a half before September but the neighbors across the hall that left because of mold issues in the apartment were never quiet either it was pure chaos! I'm gone from there now to a peaceful apartment community in another city but I do not recommend living here at all avoid at all costs! There aren't any updates either..I used to live here as a child with my father. The walls are paper thin also..you can hear your neighbors across the hall and above you even talking so if you want peace you won't get it here. They also charged for paint which when I moved in there are paint splatters everywhere never could get it outta the floors. Avoid at all costs!
