There's a great coffee bar for moms which I really enjoyed. Unlike another kid place in town, parents are not charged for admission, which is the way it should be. But it's $7 each. The cool thing is that you could come in the morning and have free reentry on the same day. My little 1.5 year old liked the Thomas train, the cars to get in and go around, the shopping carts and the stuff to climb on. We met up with a friend and they had a great time. I would return just to see the happiness on my little boys face.

It looked like a bomb went off! No effort had been made to straighten the play areas and it was so bad the boys couldn't even find anything in one piece to play with. The snack tables were dirty...so, no I don't want any of your snacks. Makes one wonder if anything is ever cleaned (toys, costumes, bathrooms). There was one mom and child and the lady who checked us in and her child so the mess had been there a while. Can't say I enjoyed taking my grands there!

I love Kid Kountry and the staff. Both of my boys have gone there since they were 2 (they're now 10…read more& 7). I never have to worry about how they're being treated or whether or not they're safe. It is a large facility with a lot of kids divided into segregated age-based classes. They do have a strict policy about calling ahead of time if you're going to be late dropping your child off (due to staffing reasons, as it was explained to me). I imagine that they probably need to be rigid about certain policies like that since they have such a large number of attendees and are also obligated to follow state law (# of kids : # of care providers). I would recommend Kid Kountry to anyone looking for care for their kiddo.

Our child attended there for a short amount of time, due to the constant closures. They then had an…read moreoutbreak of hand foot and mouth my daughter ended up with it and was sent home which is fine. We kept her home and even took her to the doctor the next day due to her fever. The doctor tested her for strep as she was not convinced it was hand foot and mouth. We ended up keeping her home for the week even though the spots were gone by Tuesday as per their policy they cannot return for 3 days after symptoms have cleared. Monday comes along and we take her there and they will not let her return because of the rash on her face, the same rash she has had since she started. We take her back to the doctor and the doctor told us she does not have hand foot and mouth and she is able to return to daycare. We let the staff know we had a note and we were met with they would not accept that note. My husband then tried multiple times to speak with the owner regarding our tuition payment as she would not be able to attend because of the rash on her face as it comes and goes. The owner let me husband know she would get back to him but never did, instead she went and cashed his check for the last month she was suppose to be there as we put in our 30 day notice. If the owner did not want to speak to my husband regarding the tuition payment as we ended up paying for two daycares for one month, she should have said it was not up for discussion. It is very poor communication on the owner.
