Broke sprinkler, took no responsibility, never offered anything, and made it sound like it was my problem. The pest control was the worst I have ever paid for. Review of Logan Extermination I'm not outright telling anyone to avoid Logan Extermination, but after my experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for pest control services. From the beginning, the scheduling process was shaky. I was told they might show up on the scheduled day as they were trying to "fit us in," and if they didn't, it would be a couple of weeks before they could return. That lack of commitment and communication felt unprofessional right away. I should have trusted my gut. On the scheduled day, the technician arrived, knowing no one was home. Our doorbell camera showed the tech knocking, then spraying briefly around the garage door, before quickly retreating to the truck after only a couple of minutes. Now, we have eight cameras around the house, and not a single one captured any further activity. Apparently, this technician has ninja-like abilities, managing to treat the entire perimeter of the house in under 4 minutes without being detected--or, more likely, he's dishonest and failed to perform the service he was hired to do. Two months later, we received an invoice. Naturally, my wife and I were confused since we knew the work hadn't been completed. Thinking it was a mistake, we ignored it, only to receive a threatening letter later, warning us that they would send the invoice to collections. I then spoke with Tammy, the store manager. Let me just say, dealing with her was an experience in itself. Despite explaining the situation and providing evidence that the technician didn't complete the service, she was dismissive and rude, insisting that her technicians are "honest." Instead of investigating the issue or offering any sort of resolution, she stood her ground, essentially calling us liars, and stated she'd just send it to collections. She didn't care to acknowledge the possibility of a mistake, let alone a solution. To sum it up, Logan Extermination offers poor service, worse communication, and abysmal customer care. Mr. Anderson, you really ought to take a hard look at the people you've entrusted with running your business. Between dishonest employees and a store manager who couldn't care less about resolving issues, you're setting yourself up for failure. I would give negative stars if I could! I called them in august and asked for a quote to have lights put on my house, the person I spoke to said it would be $315 dollars. I even have an email with the quote. The lights didn't even get put up till mid October, then today I get a bill emailed to me for $720. I called their office and spoke with Kim who even confirmed through their own email that I was told $315.. then she says she'll talk to her boss and call me back. When she called back she said "my manager said we can just come take the lights down if you don't want to pay the $720." Like what kind of solution is that for you overcharging me and not letting me know about the price change and why, before you put lights on my house. We usually use Eco Pro to spray for wasps and earwigs but didn't want to make them drive up from Ogden so we called Logan Extermination this time. Eco Pro carefully sprays around the foundation, eaves, windows and doors; they're very mindful of pets (which we bring inside for the day) and of patio and porch furniture--Eco Pro sprays so carefully it's not an issue of any getting on furniture, it never even occurred to us--so we expected something similar from Logan Extermination. Logan Extermination might be appropriate for a warehouse-type environment, but if you simply want your house sprayed for earwigs and wasps you must move EVERYTHING--all your outdoor furniture--off your porch and patio, and from around your house. The guy was here for about five minutes, stood back 20 feet, and used a far-spraying hose to drench the entire front porch, including our benches and cushions. There were standing puddles of spray on the porch. (But in all that he didn't do the eaves, which we had specifically asked for. ?) I called Logan Extermination to ask if that's how they always spray because we hadn't expected that and now have to wash everything. She was not sympathetic or understanding at all, which is really all I wanted. My mom is very upset and got spray on her from the puddles just going out to look at what the guy had done. I just wanted Logan Extermination to show some concern and say, "Hey, sorry, yeah we'll let them know to be careful" or something, you know? That's 90% of customer service, caring, or even *pretending* to care. But she said that's what a "full exterior" is and the guy has to stand back far so he won't get any spray on him. OK. This the worst extermination I have ever had ! I will never call them again and will tell others not to go to this company . After paying the money and having them come spray it did not kill the ants in our home which were everywhere and biting us!! I called and they told me to wait five days which I did and then some and called them back and said I needed them to come back to respray and they wouldn't come until two more weeks ! We needed an exterminator now not two weeks from now ! So I called bug nappers and they came out asap the very next day and charged us half what this company did . They were courteous as well where Logan exterminators were rude and could care less . Their motto is certainly NOT "the customer is always right " . They were greedy for the next customer and didn't care about customer satisfaction . No integrity here ! read more

Zero stars. I expected a lot more. I asked them to only spray for spiders. I did not find a single dead spider in the house. The spiders never abated. Not impressed with the customer service by phone either. I called and complained and was told there is only a 30 day guarantee. I asked what they would recommend to get rid of our spiders and was told to have them come and spray inside and out. They sprayed inside only the first time apparently. (So why didn't they do that the first time?) I asked if they would give us a discount to come come back and spray inside and out. She said $10 off is more than fair. That's called a slap in the face. I have used this company on many different properties in the past and was always happy, but I am definitely not impressed now and will not use them again. read more

Never again. Still outside cleaning all my windows and stained wood front doors that they drenched in chemical spray because of the "full foundation to eve' treatment. really?!? What a mess. Sprayed foundation, last spring and this and didn't have spiders in my basement. Also, took care of those nasty big brown beetles. Have used this company for many years for my lawn. Do a good job. Technicians are polite and friendly. read more

Although the pesticide works fairly well, the technician failed to show up twice. It was at the Spring season on both years. We need to make certain our dog toys, barbeque equipment, etc. are taken care of. We also notify our neighbors. When the appointment doesn't happen, we've wasted an entire day... read more

I have had Logan Extermination do my fertilization and bug control for three years. They keep getting worse. I'm home when they do the process and they don't do most of the lawn or the foundation for either the fertilizer or bug control. Sorry, I do not recommend them! read more
