I am a 65 year old 100% T&P DAV. I have been a member of USAA for 10 years. I thought their insurance coverage was the best around, ya know, helping us veterans and all. But, USAA recently raised my rates here in Arkansas...$1000 per year on my home owners policy, and another $100 every 6 months on my auto insurance. Harley Davidson was $600 per year higher on my new #1 2025 35th Anniversary Edition Fat Boy "Gray Ghost"! To be precise, Melissa saved me $1,175 per year on my Home policy alone! Best overall bundle I've ever had, besides my children, of course! Lol! Lesson learned? Always do an apples to apples comparison on your insurance needs. Melissa went line by line, coverage by coverage with me. Not only did she answer all my questions, she never pressured me to switch to Allstate, and she explained the different coverage options & premiums I had. See, even us old vets can learn something new. All the staff I had contact with at Gina Eubank's Allstate Insurance Agency were all kind, considerate, and available.
