What I did not appreciate is them charging the wrong card after the job was complete and not refunding it. I asked for an invoice to pay with the card I wanted and they instead charged the card I paid deposit on. This has resulted in me using funds I was not planning on using. I called to remedy, and I was told they would do what they could but did nothing. Based on this, I would have to consider if their business is worth it in the future.
