Mike came to their house, setup a beautiful table scape for them, prepared all the dishes from scratch and cleaned up the kitchen as well. My parents didn't have to lift a finger. I wanted to really do something special for my mother as her health has been slowly declining due to dementia and it has been really hard on my dad. As soon as Chef Mike left they called me with the biggest smiles on their faces. My dad raved about his lamp chops, my mother couldn't stop talking about her favorite appetizer the spinach dip and the creme brulee. They loved everything and were very impressed with everything. Especially Chef Mike setting everything up and then cleaning up too. They enjoyed getting to know him and my mother couldn't believe that they are practically neighbors lol. Needless to say I see Chef Mike making another appearance at the Da silva home sometime in the near future. Our scout troop had a fun time. They escaped the new kid room in just over 30 minutes (we…read moreanticipated they would take a full hour but they were given additional clues to help them along). The kid room was geared for about 3-4 players but we had a group 7. They also gave a lot of clues to our scouts because they really do want want groups to break out. LOCATION: This escape room is a good option if you want an indoor, non-touristy activity in St. Augustine. The escape room is located about 15-20 minutes south of historic St. Augustine and about 30-40 minutes south of Jacksonville. The easiest route is to take 95 to the SR206 (Crescent Beach/Hastings exit) otherwise you can get stuck with all the lights on US1. The strip is located behind a Walgreens. They offer great group prices if you're looking to have your kids try out an escape room but don't want to drop too much $$. They also let us sneak a peek at the two other escape rooms. Looks fun! BTW - You can celebrate your escape with ice cream at the Cold Cow just two miles up the road (gotta love when you can rely on Yelp to find an ice cream spot when your troop finishes earlier than expected!)

Taylor's website listed one. I requested status on their website (they'd reply via email). Being a bit impatient, I just called them. The gent that answered was friendly and very helpful. "I'm looking at it right now, let me check...nope, it's not rented". He then asks how long I need it. I'm calling on a Saturday morning at 10. I want it until Monday. He offers their deal, rent after noon on Saturday and pay only one day rental if returned by Monday at 9. Sold. The rental process was simple. They helped load it into my truck. The saw was very high quality, like new really. I ripped about 6 boards, but it saved time and aggravation. For an old guy, every little bit helps. Job done on Sunday night, saw returned on Monday by 9. I can't say enough about how satisfied I am. The only knock is that their website said the saw was $35. The email I got indicating it was available said $73, and I ended up paying $62. That's confusing, but not worth a deduction in stars. I recommend this place, but be sure to ask for the pricing to be sure.

This company makes all kinds of sauces from this pepper. I do know you can purchase the barbecue sauce at the Winn Dixie in St. Augustine, Florida. It is so good. You can also buy it online through their company. Datil Peppers are not so hot you can't tolerate them as a sauce. I've never had one raw. But I have fallen in love with this new pepper whether it be in a sauce this company makes or as a ground up spice and added to different foods. It has a mild kick in the back of the throat with a sweet flavor to it. It goes fabulous on shrimp, in chili, fish, chicken.
