They didn't know the lender's terms or processes. At least one member of their team made up the names of people he'd spoken with at the lender when we were pushing to progress things. Maybe they're OK for more simple circumstances, but as an expat trying to deal with them at a distance I'd warn you to be ready for lots of late night chasing them up and a lot of stress trying to figure out what's going on.
