Personnel is very young and sometimes lacking experience! You do not need to ask for a room upgrades! All rooms are same! To me not that nice as they could be!!! I do not mind the old furniture that's pretty cool but the small clever touches are missing!!! Who puts tresor in such a way you can't reach it???? Mattresses are old! We had to put blankets under the sheets so we do not feel the metal springs! Bathrooms are old and plastered with silicon, but clean!! If you can! Ask for a second floor rooms!! Why? Spa is located in first floor and it can stink all over the place! Sort of chemical overpowering warm spa smell! I had troubles with that! Overall it is clean and quiet !! Breakfast is not worth 13 euro!! We ate there only once! For Travel hackers: I recommend to get deals for a room between 70-80 euros a night! Anything above that is not worth it!!! Location is excellent! Highly recommended!

What a delight !, set in woodland with its own golf facility, There was clearly lots of activities organised here such as quad bikes, and many things for kids. We got the same comfortable room both times, and also enjoyed an excellent dinner with a flexible system from combining courses from their fixed menus. Breakfast was one of the best buffet style spreads I had seen. Rate for the room only was Euros 97 per night, so with extra for breakfast and dinner it came to about Euros 200 each visit.

Well, there's a lovely lobby with a bar, a full onsite spa and luxurious Nuxe products in the rooms. The location is ideal - a short walk from the central station, a few blocks from the market and centrally located to all of central Troyes. There are hundreds of shops and restaurants within a short walk, plus a spectacular bakery directly across the street. Rooms are standard Euro size with very comfortable beds, a nice rainfall shower and those lovely Nuxe toiletries. Wifi worked well and is free. Staff was great too - we arrived early and they allowed us to check in. Shout out to Lana who was determined to improve my bad French - hopefully I'll be back to demonstrate my progress.
