I recommend this business 100%. It is women owned (Mother and Daughter). Both are professional and supportive. Very nice ladies. This is not like the other sign companies I have come across , they are a design company as well. Every sign in my cafe was done by Hanse, even my brochure and they designed my logo. The owner speaks fluent English and German. It made it easy for me to describe what I was looking for. We met several times and she never tired of my endless questions and was okay with whatever changes I needed her to make. So if you are looking for design work, signs, etc....THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO. You wont be disappointed...I wasnt!

The salesperson was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I usually prefer to shop online, but he let us try on a few products, which saved us from the hassle of buying something online only to find out it can't be returned. I've been in the area three different times looking for the shop and only tonight I found it. However that was a good thing. The sales guy was fantastic. It was close to closing time and he was still very patient with me helping me figure out what I wanted. The quality of the gear is fantastic. That store itself is very welcoming and fairly well let unlike some other leather stores I've been in which seem to be gloomy. Highly recommend the store!
