Took 2 tree limbs off the house they were supposed to tarp it didn't do it right so water leaked under it. Took down 3 trees dropped one on my fence destroying it in another spot. We have dogs I didn't want them getting out, so I was mad. Then they were to cut the top of another tree as I wanted to save it from falling in another storm as the top had died. The owner had the new guy who obviously didn't know what he was doing & had to be told how to cut & where. Instead of the owner staying & watching new guy he went to get on his phone in his truck. New guy cuts the top of the tree doesn't know what to do so he gets out of the tree to go ask & the wind blew. The top fell off & sheared off all of the branches all the way down. Basically wrecking the whole tree. To which Bill shrugged & said the tree wasn't good anyway. Really? Then why did he offer to cut it if it was pointless as the tree was no good? I was fuming by this point & just wanted them off my property. I asked if he was going to give me a bill or receipt or something, he said no. Well guess what? The insurance company WILL NOT pay someone for nothing. HE had to give me an invoice or a bill. He refused for 2 weeks & would scream at me that he NEVER had to give anyone a bill. WTF? Really? He supposedly has owned a business for 17 or 19 years (Depending on which year he chooses) and has never gave an invoice or bill of sale??? Yet he "knows" how to deal with insurance companies? No he doesn't. He charged a very high amount for doing very little, while doing a lot of damaged. He was a harassing psycho who wanted pay with no bill of sale. I actually at one point had to call the police because he finally brought an invoice but then would not leave my driveway because he wanted money! Wow really? Meanwhile he is literally blocking himself from getting paid as I had to take the invoice to the insurance company but couldn't as he & his "contractor" friend who they expected me to hire were blocking me! Of course I would NEVER hire any friend of his. Never again!!! This guy will DO NOTHING on my property or he will end up in jail.

To…read moreget to the trees, they drove across my property and left large ruts in my yard, along with a bunch of debris from the trees they cut down. Neither my neighbor nor myself were home when they came to do the work. Both my neighbor and I have been trying to contact this company, but to no avail. They have a message machine and I have left several messages - no one ever returns my call. What kind of business never returns a phone call or never responds to an e-mail? They need to take responsibility for the damage they caused to my property without my permission. The estimate of the damage is $350-$500. Unfortunately I will have to ask my neighbor to pay for this.
