The staff at this pub were very friendly and they worked hard to make sure we were having a pleasant time. For example they allowed us to sit in the back room by ourselves just so we could have a good view of the TV. Then when some people came into and were smoking, our waiter immediately asked us if we wished to move. Other things about this place, they had a nice beer selection and they served food. They also had a full size pool table. Other pubs we went to in Europe had billiards tables but not pool tables. One thing about their pool table is that they charged 12 Euros per hour which is pretty expensive especially if it takes you awhile to play one game.

It feels big and roomy and there are plenty of comfy seating areas to chill out in. Big screen TVs were showing sport when I visited. Underground certainly has an air of decadence about it, in keeping with the expectation of Val D'Isère. Swing by and check it out, it was one of my better finds while in town.
