We had a horrible experience and would caution anyone working with them in the future. To start: Horrible communication and putting the client first. We had an awful time getting our wedding planner to help us or guide us, and pushed off our meeting with them for 4 months.. 4 MONTHS!! We tried contacting Ashley herself, since she is the owner to help us out and make things right. After multiple phone calls and emails for over a month, we finally got an email reply, didn't even have the decency to ever even call us or here from us and what was wrong. At this point we were over it and wanted our money back and out of our contract, because after 4 months, we essentially did everything ourselves we were paying them to do. She then tried to charge us $75/hr which isn't even in the contract, and would not even negotiate to within reason and was trying to pad her hours. It was so bad we had to go to court over it because she was that unreasonable, and still never returned a phone call or even apologized. On top of this, look at the contract with them carefully. They are very shallow about what they won't do for you, but even in the contract if it says they will perform services, ie help get vendors and secure contracts, they will not help and will say they do not do this even though it is in their contract. Also, what kind of company wants to charge multiple thousands of dollars, and will say in their contract we will only meet a maximum of 3 times, will not bring anything to the wedding, pick anything up if it is forgotten on wedding day, essentially won't do anything. The list of what they will not do is longer than the list of what they will do. My rant could go on for much longer for how poor and shady this company is. Would 10/10 not recommend under any circumstance. I get issues can happen and the ball can get dropped on someone. We were most disappointed when we reached out to Ashley, the owner, how she dropped the ball and would not even get back to us for a month. When she did get back, it was extremely rude and was unreasonable, nor did she ever want to resolve things. Not the kind of person you want to do business with.

We would consistently get positive comments about how great/funny the props are and how much fun everyone at the event has at the photo booth. From the planning side, Art and his wife are amazing to work with and provide excellent attention to detail before and during the event. The social media kiosk was definitely a hit as well. I've seen them make custom props to fit in with the themes of the events they go to. I saw them at Tallgrass Film Festival's Dudegrass event and they seamlessly handled hundreds of people taking photos all night. They even customize the photo that prints out for each event! The booth itself looks like you'd find it in a 1920's carnival. All you do is press a button and pose. The photos come out nearly seconds later. The coolest part is that you can put in your email address and the photos are sent directly to you so you can easily share them online if you'd like.

They setup a pen in the back yard and created their amazing petting zoo which for this occasion included an alpaca, 2 miniature goats, a miniature pony, a miniature donkey, a 2-week-old baby lamb, a duck, a chicken, and a bunny. The animals were clearly loved, well looked after, and clean. They are a family business and all 4 of them came (Mom, Dad, son, and daughter). Everyone had a specific job so things were safe and fun for the kids. The kids LOVED it and we got pictures that will last us a lifetime! If an animal left a dropping (which they will) it was instantly cleaned up off the grass! At the end, they left my yard EXACTLY the way they found it with absolutely no evidence that a petting zoo had ever been there. Not one rogue alpaca poo! Every parent came to me asking for their information because they wanted to book them for their next kids party. I can't wait to take my son to their ranch because the pictures on their site look amazing! These people are professional, the animals are friendly, and the combination of fun and education is something both parent and child can appreciate together. I think they should change their name to Five Points Ranch though because they are clearly a 5 star place!!!
