All calls to the business number went to voicemail, eventually after a few days someone got back to me. The gentleman offered to schedule me an appointment that was just a few days away from when we initially made contact. I explained that I needed an appointment at a very specific time of day and he agreed to be at my home at 8am on a date that we both agreed to. When that day arrived, he called my house at 7:50am and stated that he was ill and wouldn't be able to keep the appointment. He also stated that he'd call me later that same day to reschedule. That's been almost 2 weeks ago and I still haven't heard a word from him. He offers a very attractive price, but if he can't call back before he gets the money then I doubt he'll call back after he gets the money. I'm now calling one of his higher priced competitors and will gladly pay a bit more for better service. read more
