Roger spoke to me at length on the phone and asked me to try to obtain a picture so that he could identify what it was so that he could tell me over the phone (at no cost) before I could decide what action to take. Very late that same evening, I managed to send Roger the picture and he could identify it straight away as being a German cockroach. Roger could tell how worried/distressed I was on the phone and offered to come over. He was punctual, extremely polite and very reassuring. He talked me through the process and explained how I shouldn't be alarmed but warned that there was a chance I would find a few dead ones over the coming days. No question was a silly one for Roger. He was extremely patient with me and available late in the evening/at weekend and worked around when it was convenient for me. True to his word, I did find a couple of dead cockroaches but the problem seems to have resolved itself. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Roger for being so honest and reliable. The "after sales" care has been wonderful and he has proven that he is just at the other end of the phone if you need him.
