If I could give less than a 1 I would. I have sold 5 homes prior to the sell with London Properties, Chicago title and Kings Mortgage. This was the worst experience we have ever had selling a home. No communication everything that need to get done the home inspection, appraisal, repairs, paying for the repairs was done last minute. The SI statement was requested 1 week prior to the close of escrow. Some of the invoices that needed to be paid in escrow did not get paid prior to the close of escrow. It took 7 weeks to close escrow. Then I needed to ask about when we would receive the funds from the sale. I would not recommend this company. read more

There are no good Brokers in Sanger. They rip you off and work off each other. I hired an agent here last year and they low balled me on a sale price because the buyers agent worked for the same London Properties office. They were supposed to disclose this practice called "dual agency". I have followed up with them since I sold my house through them last year. I only found out that this office was handling both the buyer and seller. It is legal, but it needs to be disclosed upfront. I used someone named Veronica and she did not really have experience as I noticed I had to push her to do the work and although she was patient, she did very little work on getting me a good price. She was just in it for the quick sale. They are not professional and even though I found out they were representing both buyer and seller, I only found out after I asked her. They should have disclosed it by law!!! They are shady and I would go maybe to Guarantee because Century 21 is another awful broker in Sanger. read more

I placed on offer on a property in Sanger that was priced at 115k and an accepted offer was verbally agreed to with Cameron who was the listing agent. A week later come to find out after my agent had to chase him down in the parking lot that he said they were in the process of accepting an offer and surprise he was accepting both parties! Double commission... We let him know that he were sending an offer over for 120k which was Never presented to the seller. I spoke to Pat his broker in Fresno and let him know what had happened. He of course backed up his agent and I also let him know that he has lost a client life. My family and I have purchased 9 properties with his office since 2009 and someday will be selling about 4 million in properties. They will not be getting my business. Very sad when people lie and are unethical for a small commission of 2700.00! About 3 weeks ago Patrick called me to actually solicit my business! Really?
