My wife and I were in two minds about selling or renting or property. The Market in Chelsea has recently been quite active and we were contemplating selling up and moving to our House in West Sussex. My girlfriend and I were looking for a flat last 2 month's. We've visited so many agencies and their attitude was terrible (and their offers were even worse). This young lady is full of energy, having smile always on her face, but what I appreciated most is she was listening and was absolutely honest. I have been a Landlord for over 20 years, and I have met many diffierent letting agents. But, London Property Service really proved to be a cut above the rest. I was surprised when Nigel did not mind picking my wife and I up from Waterloo station when we were stranded, and dropping us to Chelsea where we had arranged to meet. He even went as far as helping me with my bags! if this was not enough, the lettings team went on to find me two Bankers for my property on the same day as I gave them the keys. The tenants have now settled into the property, and I am truly over the moon. I cannot speak highly enough about them, and I would definitely go back to them in the future. My boyfriend and I recently arrived to London after gratuating from Manchester. We both wanted to live close to central London, and we were looking for a property close to a mainline station which had to be secure, affordable and close to transport. We met Sharon for the Lettings department, she took us to view a property in Earl's Court. She was very professional, but also friendly and helpful. I was asked to provide a review for my Letting agents. I have been using London Property Service Chelsea for just over two years now. They have been managing 5 of my properties. 3 Houses in Chelsea, 1 in Clapham Junction and a 5th in Fulham. I was advised to use them by a friend of mine who is also a professional Landlord like myself. He told me that Unlike his previous agency, that they offered him a hassle free service. They don't contact me unless there is a big problem, and they always offer reasonable and affordable rates. These guys really work hard for you. As a Landlord I can confirm that it is not unusual for their agents to conduct viewings untill very late after working hours in order to rent out your property. And even when they have found you tenants, the credit and financial checks are so rigourous that I personally would not wish to be in the tenants shoes:) a sterling service, and you are sent an email updating you at every juncture of the process. I have read the reviews about this company, and I can fully concur with all of them. The staff at London Property are very friendly, and they are helpful. The only criticism I would have is that they take a long time to complete reference checks, and as a tenant who has a move in deadline can prove frustrating. They are also extremely picky. I am a tenant and incan tell you that LPS are very strict with credit referencing. Maybe a bit too strict. When I complained, Sharon explained to me they are representing the Landlord and they cannot afford to make any mistakes with referencing because Landlords always expect the best!
