Upon arrival, the music in the Sanders employee's car was very loud while he sat and waited for his co-workers in my parking lot. As I work from home, this was very disruptive and disrespectful. 2. When I came to my house from out back, I shockingly found the Sanders employees already in my home. This was very concerning as I asked them to wait for me, and concerning, as it is unprofessional behaviour to let yourself into someone else's home (even boarders break and entering if your not let in, and choose to just walk in with no one present in the home). 3. I stepped into my home to find 2 of the 3 Sanders employees not wearing masks. I said "guys I see a serious problem here, no one is wearing masks, can you please put masks on?". I was not responded to, and then they put on masks while I was given a 5 second long mean, aggressive, stared down by the gentlemen that arrived with Larry. This was extremely unprofessional on multiple accounts. The demonstrated behaviour endangered my wellbeing and life. This unprofessional behaviour blatantly ignored the governments masks recommendations and the signs right beside my door that state "masks and hand sanitizing mandatory beyond this point". I felt violated, upset, endangered, ignored, uncomfortable, disrespected, and unhappy to pay money to be put in such a situation, especially in my own home. 4. One employee stated he didn't really care about the virus. 5. I found staples on my floor, after they left my home, in both rooms they worked in. 6. Upon the return visit, the pool table rail being carried into my home was banged off my front door. 7. Submitted complaint to management, and was sent a $50 gift card, which further insulted me, as it took more than $50 worth of my time, to address the issues with management over lengthy phone calls and emails. 8. Management offered to replace my damaged door and pool table rail, but never followed through on their offer. Disgusting how they blatantly lie to clients who pay them good money. Beware public.

Well I guess good things come to those who wait because Paint Nite has finally made its way to London and it was just as much fun as I expected. Now, I love art. I'm no artist. But I love drawing, painting, and creating. So this is right up my alley. However, Paint Nite is perfect for anyone who can draw a stick person, to the Mona Lisa. When you purchase your tickets online, you can see what painting you will complete that night, and the difficulty of it, which is a bonus. Use the coupon "PNLondon" when ordering! The Paint Nite session I attended was held in a room above Fellini Koolini's. We were given aprons, a water cup, a brush, some paints, and a plate to mix it on. The painting we did looked a bit different than the one online but that was only because it really could be left up to interpretation. I'm sure some paintings are more concrete in nature. The instructor was really fun and entertaining while keeping us on task. She also had an assistant who helped with getting more supplies for the painters. There was music in the background which made it fun because the playlist was filled with songs we all love to sing along to. The drink service left much to be desired. After I was seated, my drink order wasnt taken even though he dropped off some drinks next to me. I ordered a water and he forgot about it. I wont hold the drink service to Paint Nite, but that was the only part of my night that could have been a bit better! I recommend Paint Nite for a group of friends or even coworkers as a team building or bonding experience. What a fun time! I cant wait to do it again soon. I hope I have enough wall space...

My daughter's wedding was held here July 27/13…read more I knew from discussions with my daughter what her wishes were for her event. I was disappointed that not all went off as the couple had planned ! There were strict instructions that no beverages were to be served from the bar during dinner. The waiters were to top up wine glasses however. The table directly behind me was served numerous times from the bar during dinner and my table was served a few bottles of wine from the bar as well. However one table of guests told me they didn't even have water on their table to toast with, let alone have been topped up with wine ! My daughter voiced her concerns to the Event Manager after the wedding to let her know of the disappointment the couple had in regard to the poor service they received from the venue. It is disappointing to know that the venue did not offer the couple a discount or even an apology ! The Event Manager instead of showing any empathy for the couple, basically disregarded the objections. She said their cameras showed differently and that she was in charge of the bar during dinner. What ? Apparently the cameras were not focused on my table (which was directly in front of the head table) or she would have seen the wine bottles being placed on the table several times. The above is just one example of the couple's instructions not heeded by the staff. They had sited many more to the Event Planner but all were dismissed. She basically called the couple liars ! Obviously Westhaven Golf and Country Club does not offer good customer service and makes no apologies for it. When so much money was spent at the venue, and the client isn't happy with the service, I would have thought they could have offered something as a goodwill gesture such as round of golf, a free dinner or event just an "I'm Sorry" ! My advice would be to make sure you have everything in writing and you might want to check out the cameras too !
