He removed the old grass and weeds, installed the new turf, and added sand and cement around the perimeter to help prevent weeds from growing back. Everything looks clean, neat, and professionally finished. In addition to the front yard, he also removed the weeds from our backyard garden and installed decorative rocks, which gave the area a much cleaner and more polished look. We really appreciated the extra care and attention he put into the entire project. He paid attention to the details, cleaned up after the job, and the lawn looks much better than before. The turf has a nice, natural appearance, and it's great knowing we won't have to worry about mowing or constant maintenance anymore. First of all, I don't think they even went out to service my rental even though I was being charged. Secondly, from May until July they kept telling me they would take care of my concerns and never did. I was paying for a weeding service and you can see in the picture below that they did not weed. I finally cancelled service and would not pay the final bill until the work was completed. They threatened to send me to collections and became aggressive. I have given them opportunity from May until September to finish the work, it's still not finished.
