My fave is the wildberry topped with toasted coconut, I have food dreams about that one! The owners are lovely, and the people who work there must be so happy because they make customers happy. The Byron Bliss I believe it's called, is my go-to smoothie, with a hint of coconut. Try some juice with ginger as a hangover cure, works every time ;) If you're cruising along Jonson, make sure you stop in and check out what they have to offer, and choose wisely because you will be wanting to come back for more.

I've given it 4 stars because you need to know that Fast Eddies is a tongue-in-cheek name as it's anything but fast. In fact it's the slowest place I've ever been. This is where you go to wait ages for a coffee, tea or juice (all of which are made with lovely natural and organic ingredients) it's not a place to visit if you're in any kind of rush whatsoever.

I usually get the $10 small version of salad and it's plenty (for one person or two!) My favorites are 1) kale and Napa salad with tahini dressing 2) spinach, purple cabbage, and pepper salad with soy dressing. The salad taste super fresh, crunchy yet soft, with the perfect dressing without too much acidity. The best salad ever found in a little corner of Byron bay. (I also tried the miso noodle one - it's a bit too salty. ) Just can't get enough of this!!! Great way to start the day! Also order the orange turmeric cold pressed juice here - it will kill any germs in your throat with a strong dose of vitamin shock to your system.

Make sure you order the pure one, without any nasty sugars or syrups added-the smoothie really doesn't need it, it's delicious as it is. Acai bowl is also good, with a nice simple oat granola on top. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good fresh smoothie or juice.
