The images imo were not by a professional photographer: they took multiple pictures of the practically the same view. Great shot of our washer and dryer, but not the laundry room. A direct shot of our dining table, instead of standing to the side in order to see the dining room in its entirety. Great shot of a floor lamp at the entrance of one bedroom, instead of standing in another corner in order for the whole bedroom to be in the picture. It appears nobody with professional photography experience critiqued this trainee's work Before sending it on to my realtor. They were going to charge extra in order to come out for a re-shoot. Don't waste your $$ unless you know & have experience with specific photographers from Sold in a Snap. Do not accept the trainee until they have gone to multiple photography courses & have received honest feedback on their work. My daughter had her wedding at this beautiful venue in China Spring, TX. When we went to visit the…read morevenue we were told it could fit up to 300 people but it would be tight. We had approx 240 guests and we felt it was a tight fit. Their kitchen is small and made for a very tight situation with the caterer and all the supplies needed for the reception. It also has a small commercial fridge which had some of the owners drinks in it but we managed to fill it up with some of our drinks. They do provide ice but we also brought in two huge coolers of ice to pack drinks in, that didn't fit in the kitchen fridge. If you have a large bridal party the bridal suite will be very tight ( we had bride, MOB, 7 bridesmaids, MOG, makeup artist and hairstylist) and no room for all to sit especially with everyone's bags and dresses. Due to the size of the wedding we were required to hire two bartenders and two security guards. One bartender showed up and the second security guard was pulled away due to a family matter. The owners of the venue did step in as bartender and security guard. Our wedding party was the first to use their silo accommodations. They are beautiful rooms and a great outdoor area set up with fire pit and games. If you live in the Waco and surrounding area this is a great place for a wedding. For our out of town guests they either stayed at Airbnbs or at hotels in Waco. We did advise them all to be prepared for a 35-40 minute drive to the venue.

This isn't Denise's first rodeo, and her preparation, patience, and professionalism demonstrate that throughout the process. My wife scheduled us to show up with our newborn towards the end of September 2016. Denise had every single detail worked out. Every. Single. Detail. Diapers, wipers, and changing station setup for that inevitable baby-blow-out? Check. Boppie for breastfeeding mommies? Check. Snacks and drinks for mom and dad? Check. Thermostat set up to where it feels comfy/cozy/sleepy for our newborn? Check. Absolutely brilliant photographs as a result? JACKPOT. The only thing that presented any difficulty was choosing which photographs to turn into larger prints (tough problem to have, right??). All of the photos left us completely blown away, so much so that we opted to take every photo (digitally) she'd snapped.
