Honestly, Dee is a nice lady, I wish I could give her a higher rating but I tried to hire her to clean for my grandparents and she explained that she was a CNA for 8 years and she loves helping her elderly clients but how she handled the situation was unprofessional! I get life happens, but she makes her own schedule, if she couldn't do it, she should have relayed that or schedule it for when she actually could, instead of standing up my grandparents 3 different times after she said she was going to be there at "this" time. She never called to say she wasn't going to be there the last time she said she would be there after I convinced my grandparents to give her a second chance. She never messaged me to apologize or call them to say she wasn't going to be there and she just blocked me on Facebook instead ‍ like I said, I would have loved to give her a higher review but this left a bad impression on her business for me. read more
