She was so good with my greyhounds and I immediately trusted her to stay at my place and look after them. Colleen went above and beyond sending me pictures and updates. I came home to two happy, well looked after dogs and some how my house seemed cleaner than when I left it! Colleen is a wonderful person and is fantastic with animals. Frequent Customer…read more I have used this facility for my dog a numerous occasions for the last 3 years. I've had a lot of positive experiences and would still used this facility as my go to for my dog. The very first time I had used this facility I had received a "report card" on how my dog interacted with other dogs and their mentality during her stay. I thought this was a great feature! Unfortunately, the first time was the only time they ever provided this again. It is recommended that you book well in advance for weekend or holiday stays as they will be booked solid. My last experience I had... the regular boarding room was booked. I was in desperate need and asked if they had room in "The House". They said they did have availability. When I asked if they would place her there they stated they did not feel comfortable as this was her first time and she would need to be supervised for a while prior to her stay and they did not have the staff. I was very upset as I have been coming for 3 years. Not a very happy experience. I would also agree that the drop off/pick up process has slowed tremendously and this has impacted my review. I still love this facility but they need to fix and tweak some things to be as great as they used to be with their customers. Cost needs to be reviewed for long term stays as a week plus is very expensive and should have a higher discount. Still recommend.
