At the end of 2024, Lata came out and gave a bid, started working. I paid in full at that time because I am a good person and wanted to show good faith. After the first day of work, he never returned. He gave numerous excuses and kept giving promises of returning but that never happened. Our last communication was that he would give me a check for a refund of the amount I paid, postdated for the end of March saying that if he did not finish the job then I could cash the check. As suspected, he did not show and THE CHECK IS NOT ANY GOOD. Lata, thank you for wasting over a year of my time with your pathetic excuses, and leaving my yard in an unsightly, neglected, eyesore.
