After his normal business hours, he still made time to come over and help me out. Not only did he order the parts for me at a deep discount, but instead of just knocking the job out himself, he patiently walked me through the entire process step by step. He showed me exactly how to do it so I could handle it myself should the need ever come up in the future. What really stood out, though, was what a genuinely kind and sincere person he is. The ask was to do the weeding, trimming, and cleaning up. He trimmed 2 out of 5 trees, weeding was not done properly, and lastly he left the entire backyard a mess. He didn't gather the trimmed cutting and left the sticks everywhere. We also have some stones decor on the side and the stones were scattered all over. While he was working I had to step out to pick up my kids and when I got back this guy had left this mess for me to clean.
