I had an amazing experience here. Previously I had gone to the dealership to get a part replaced, but they wanted to charge me $150 just to LOOK at the car before they would even do any repairs! I called Lonnie Roberts, and the lady on the phone said just to come down. No appointment needed. As soon as I got there, a guy came out and gave me a free estimate. When the part came in, I went over, and they started working on it right away. Within an hour, they installed the part, changed my oil, cleaned up my headlights, and gave me a free car wash!! I know that if I went to the dealership, I would have had to wait at least 2-3 hours, and it it would have cost four times as much. And Lonnie Roberts did a great job: my car is humming happily. The staff was very friendly. And while I was waiting, the owner even offered me a drink and breakfast sandwich that he had brought in for the staff. They also gave me a 10% military discount. I called and manager Travis was concerned with my description of noises and asked me to bring it in. Took my corvette to Robert's because it had been sitting for a couple of years to get it started. There were other issues to deal with on the car. However, first a new gas tank, then fuel pump, then something else. After 8 months and $2000 dollars it still had to be towed back home. When I parked it the all the dash lights worked. It was a new console I had replaced. When I got it back no lights nothing work on the dash. Someone broke the center console. He towed it to my house and then had the nerve to send me a bill for $125 for towing. read more

Took 2 rims in at 9AM this morning. Just requested some used tires be mounted and balanced. Left the rims along with my contact information with these folks and then drove home. Waited until 11AM, called to check on the status. Female receptionist rudely and hurriedly dismissed my phone conversation. Said she'd "call me back when she had a status update". Called back at 12:00PM for another status check. Once again received the rude female receptionist, whom hurriedly dismissed my phone call. Telling me she would "obviously call me when the work was done". Called again at 1PM and requested they hold my service ticket and that I would pick up my rims and go to Firestone Complete Auto care to get tires. 4 hours is a ridiculous wait time for two tires to be mounted and balanced on rims. I had already removed the rims from the car and transported them via another vehicle. This and the rude customer service received, first and last time I will ever go here. I took the rims to Firestone Complete Auto Care, they had both tires mounted and balanced in less than 10 minutes. I was in and out! Also got two brand new tires for only a few dollars more at FireStone, than the quoted price of the used tires at Lonnie Roberts. read more

We used Lonnie Roberts towing service recently to move an old car from one garage to another. The driver who arrived could not have been nicer and he was truly skilled on handling the truck. Perfectly lined it up the first time and got the car loaded quickly and had us on the road to our destination. When we arrived he realized with the rain he wouldn't be able to line the truck up as well so he dropped the car a bit outside of the garage and helped us line it up and push it in. Great service all around and we will definitely use them again. read more
