All the leaflets are free. The prices of some stuff is really cheap - I got lots of little paper cutters in there at a fraction of the cost I've seen them elsewhere recently. While other stuff is a bit more than you might find it elsewhere, so it's sort of swings and roundabouts on that score.

The prices are great and if you are looking to buy a book I really would urge you to check The Works out first because everything is so cheaply priced. Their art supplies are also very good value for money and they stock different types of paints and canvases. The staff are nice, but not overly helpful and the store is small and can get quite crowded but don't let this put you off, it is a good cheap place.

The prices vary, some things are cheaper than usual, and other things more pricey, but overall I usually find I get a good deal. As far as paints are concerned, they stock most ranges in their entirety, so you will probably find what you are looking for. The range of papers they have is wonderful, ranging from plain colours to rainbow and some lovely hand made papers too. They also have a large artists section, stocking all sizes of canvas, paintbrushes, various types and colours of paints.

They had lots of really lovely so I'm driving an hour to go back there again tomorrow to look for Christmas pressies. Colemans is different from most 'normal' stationary stores as it not only has a range of paper and pens etc it also has quite a large craft section comprising of fancy card, rubber stamps, punches etc. This particular Colemans is quite small at only around 4 metres wide, but it is quite a long shop. I also wouldn't deem it as accessible because there is a very small space between the wall and the middle section of shelving. Although the staff are very helpful so i'm sure they wouldn't mind helping anyone in difficulty out. I tend to find Colemans quite expensive but they do often have special offers and they do their own version of a student card.

Coleman's has retained several people for a long time and they certainly know their business. This shop stocks a number of items that just aren't available anywhere else in Bedford. I am partially disabled and do not find the small shop difficult to use. I have no personal interest other than wanting good service.
