I am a bad person... I love this place for all of the wrong reasons. There, I've said it and judged myself, now you can do the same without worry. Let's start with the good. 2 movies for $8, you can't beat that. Staffing, although limited, is friendly. For an area with not a lot of entertainment options this is very welcomed. The perfectly butter popcorn. Last, but certainly not least, it's a drive-in; who doesn't love the drive-in? As far as the bad goes... They have had issues with the credit card machine charging people months later, that could cause some major issues. The bathrooms need a lot of work, a start would be to clean them though. There must have been 30 dead bugs on the top of 1 of the urinals when I went, the next one over didn't look any better. The toilet stalls made me question how the hell Superman changed in a phone booth, because at about the same size I barely had room to... um... do my business. It was dark, dirty and dank. The snack bar is outdated, not super clean and has some retro video games(score!), but they aren't ever on(boo!) except pac-man. The screens are made out of what looks like corrugated metal roofing, which is rusted in some parts; although it doesn't show up too much during the movie. Playground equipment is old and recycled from a 1980s McDonalds(guess). So why am I a bad person? The reason I love this place is for how bad it is sometimes. I love people watching, I know it's wrong, but I do. This place has great people watching sometimes. It is like that people of Wal-Mart site in real life. We also like to play a little game of spot the spelling errors. I will be 100% up front I got my GED and am no Einstein, but on my first visit I spotted about 15-20, my group found about 50. It is a fun way to "waiste" some time while you are getting your "hole" pizza. I know it can cost a lot money to update and renovate a place. I know that there is a limited pool of people that they are pulling from so business might not be booming. I guess what I am saying is, I get why some of the things may be the way they are. On the other hand, Cleaning supplies are cheap and a good scrub down could do this place wonders. Almost everyone has access to a spell checker, use it, attention to detail says a lot about how much a place cares about itself. If they have some extra money at the end of the season a few gallons of paint could take it to a much better place. Take yourself seriously, or no one else will, right? read more

I'll drive extra 15minutes for a cleaner.. cheaper drive in...I would love to see Delevan upgrade and fix things to make it a wonderful place to go..we choose to go to Delevan when all we want is to see movie Only!! We don't go inside to buy food or use bathrooms... but until then we'll drive to Silver lake drive in.. read more

This place would be a much better experience if you could actually use there bathrooms. Or want to eat at there food stand. They are very un clean. The bathroom smells so bad you would rather go outside or wait for 2 hours. The worst part is the food is really expensive and the snack shack is just filthy and dirty. Hasn't been remodeled since I was a kid 40 years ago. You want a great place to see a drive in movie? Go to Silver Lake Drive In. It has everything. They have spent the money to have a great restaurant and mini golf and the experience is well worth the 25 minute drive. Much better place and with all the extras and even $1 cheaper than a place you won't even urinate in. read more

This is a great business that provides 2 screens with two movies each. There is always on one screen a kid friendly movie for the whole family to have cheap great entertainment. The consession stand had decent food but needed more staffing during intermission or space intermission out better between the two screens so there is not such a mad rush. read more
