They have a high turnover ratio, there's only 2 guys working there, their so tired of hiring people that they don't take the time to train anyone because they know they'll only be there a day or the second hand man won't teach you things cause he scared of somebody knowing what he knows. My first day they got frustrated with me cause they were both barking orders at me and I didn't know who I should listen to my boss or the guy who is supposed to be training me and my trainer has an attempted murder charge.
