They handled the situation really well and were very kind to me when it was my turn. Customer service goes both ways. The team didn't deserve the tone they were given, and I think they did their best to accommodate her while still following closing procedures. When I ordered, everything was made correctly and the staff was friendly. The only thing I noticed was that they were starting to clean up since it was close to closing time, which is pretty normal for any business.
