this is the most unprofessional company. they recently did a job where all they had to do was finish brush painting the house as that was what the rest was done by different painter that was injured and could not finish the job. so Lopez painting was hired under a verbal agreement that they would finish brush painting the third of the house that needed it. They used rollers. They were also told through the verbal agreement. They needed to prime some areas and paint after the primer dry, this was all confirmed by a verbal contract and a handshake Lopez painting did no priming did not brush. Didn't even finish the job and expected to get paid full price they were paid for the did halfway through and when they came back to finish was asked why we were using and they said that's not the agreement so they were terminated from the job that they did not finish with the pay which was about half little over half of the agreed full price then decided to post on social media about a 70-year-old man on oxygen and stated that they were ripped off posted his address the house cars everything for a 70-year-old man that oxygen and fixed income they also to throw in extra charges as in painting a door frame for $200 when everything getting painted for one price they contract they got terminated and retaliated on social media for people to harass a vulnerable adult all for mediocre work. read more
