I purchased a dress from Lord and Taylor online in August 2023. It was to be delivered By the end of August. The post office never delivered the package. I received notice from the post office. It was returned to the sender on September 3,2023. I have had multiple conversations with Lord and Taylor customer service to obtain my refund of $174. They have refused to refund my money. They acknowledged that they saw that it was returned to the sender that it was returned to the warehouse, but they refused to refund my money until they located in the warehouse. Today's date is December 5, 2023. I have yet to receive my refund. It is not my fault that Lord and Taylor cannot find a returned package. I am very disappointed and cannot believe after all of my multiple attempts to work through Lord Taylor, that they will not refund my money. I have contacted my bank to see if they can obtain a refund for me through their process. But it seems as if Lord and Taylor is giving them difficulty as well.
