Coney Island used to be a highlight of my childhood, they had lots of really fun rides and games. It doesn't seem to have changed much since then and is perhaps a little outdated. It probably doesn't matter to little kids but it is not somewhere I can imagine older children wanting to play now. It is the middle of the touristy part of the beach so will pick up a lot of passing trade and will add to the fun of a day out by the beach for many families. There are a lot of very similar places in the area and it would be nice to see one of them do something a bit different. read more
