There's a window to watch your food being made from your seat. Every bite got to be savored as one would while discovering and traveling. It's a meal I won't forget due to the taste, hospitality, and flavor of the whole experience. I ventured from the presets and ended up doing my own three course meal. First up was shrimp and sea scallops appetizer, which had a flavorful green sauce, perfectly cooked protein, and garnished beautifully. This set up high expectations for the meal.
