I've been a loyal customer of Lorden Oil for over 23 years on autofill. We recently purchased a new furnace from them in 2023. Today, I called to schedule a service on the furnace, but they refused, citing that it's over a year old and that I didn't get my oil delivered through them last year. Despite my 23 years of loyalty, they didn't even bother to call me or have a conversation. Instead they emailed me the refusal. When I called to speak to the manager, Christy, she became aggressive and refused to listen to my reasoning. She insisted that I sign up for autofill to get the furnace serviced. I declined. Lorden has been very consistent and professional in all of our interactions. From customer service to delivery, they haven't disappointed. While I can only speak to the quality of service in regards to propane delivery, they have been good so far overall and can say with confidence that the individuals whom deliver our propane, have always been exceptionally kind and efficient. read more

I am surprised to not find more of a listing and reviews for this established company ... which now goes by the name "Lorden The Home Climate Company". I used them for oil and hvac service for many years at a prior home. Now I am in a different home and thought I would call for an AC service call. Nope! They ONLY service you if you have an account with them (I assume for oil delivery, perhaps an equipment service contract is even required). How can they call themselves a "Home Climate Company" if they can't/won't do a simple AC service call for a consumer? Maybe good for oil, but forget actual HVAC service!!! read more

Trying to switch companies from lorden and it has been an absolute nightmare. Their prices are terrible along with the customer service. I wish I had known more about different companies instead of blindly going with this company based off the builders recommendation. We pay hundreds more than my sister. read more
