Today I went in for a different service and I must say, Peter was fantastic at answering every question I asked, ever so kindly and patient at that!! Abby was the person that was always helping me with my returns and so on. I absolutely enjoyed her. It makes tasks that have to be taken care of easy when you have someone patient and kind, such as Peter. Thank you!!!!

Honestly I will pick stopping at a UPS store over the post office anyyy day. UPS is usually always…read moresuch a better and quicker experience. This store has been good- the workers are nice and really helpful and it's kind of hidden so I feel like it's not as busy as some of the other locations in town. Taking any Amazon returns here is so easy you don't even have to talk to a worker anymore, you can just check in on the computer and off you go. And if you do need to send a package it's still so much better here. The only upside to USPS are the nice boxes you can get there but to me it's still more worth it to come here. And they do have limited hours of open time on the weekends which is nice if you work full time during the week like me!
