At first I felt bad because the man that came was so kind and nice, but honestly I cannot believe I spent $200 on literally nothing. I wish I could just get my money back... Also, It states online that they accept credit cards but apparently only take Venmo. Which wasn't working for us at the time with the card that we wanted to use to pay with, so we had to pay with an account we didn't want to have to use. This was extremely dissatisfactory for us. Pretty disappointed overall. I have stewed over this the last few days. Because at first I was so happy to support this small business.. but I think it was such an overall terrible experience that something needed to be said. We paid $200 for literally nothing. We had just moved into our house and I wanted the house to be cleaned before we brought our stuff in and instead of being able to put things away I had to spend hours doing what I thought I paid someone else to do...
