Newborn Sessions: You are welcomed into my home studio for the session, where there is a comfy sofa and plenty of drinks on offer. The sessions are very carefully styled with my large range of beautiful handmade props, outfits and backdrops for you to choose from. Having recently become a mother myself, I am all too familiar with the varying emotions that come with being a parent. I want you to feel as comfortable as possible. The session is not rushed but relaxed, planned around baby's sleeping and feeding routine to enable us to get a series of images which really capture the beauty of your baby at this stage. Baby Sessions: Following my newborn sessions, the next popular time to take images is for Tummy Time sessions. This is around 4-5 months, when many babies are on their tummies and showing off their beautiful smiles. Sitter sessions take place when your baby is sitting up independently but not crawling, which is typically around 7 months. In these sessions I capture your baby sitting up and playing, with lots of eye contact and interaction. All of the sessions are styled from my large range of luxury handmade outfits as well as gorgeous props and backdrops. I work with you creating session and look that is perfect for your baby. Baby sessions are certainly a lot livelier than Newborn sessions. These sessions are full of energy as I encourage your baby to make noise, play and have fun.

History

Established in 2012.

In 2014 I married my best friend, surrounded by the people I love. My wedding was every bit as wonderful as I hoped it would be. Last year I was given an early Christmas present when I became a mummy to my beautiful baby boy. He constantly takes my breath away. I feel truly blessed to have these wonderful boys in my life. During university I learnt about art, animation, lighting and media. This led me to a career in the television industry. My camera was never far from my side and I found myself more and more drawn back to portraiture. So I decided to go with my heart, starting up Lorraine Claire Photography in 2012 and I couldn't be happier. I've trained with award-winning companies and learnt from some of the best UK and international photographers.
